Where to buy a legendary netrunner suit?

By coincidence I found a great look for my female netrunner V: An inner torso netrunner suit with hotpants and a vest.
But I can't find a shop that sells the suits in legendary quality. (And I can't craft it.)
Can anyone help me? I keep visiting all clothing vendors and refreshing their inventory by skipping days, but the best thing that has come up so far was a rare one...
But I can remember I once coukd buy a legendary suit, only I didn't because I wasn't Level 50 yet and wanted the higher base armor...

You also can loot two in GIGs, but you have to be level 35 at the very minimum to have chance to spawn it in legendary version.
(one near 8ug8ear and one in "Radar Love" GIG)

All what I can see from the VDBs, it's a "net diving suit" (don't know the name in english) acquired during transmission which is different.

The netrunning suits look like wetsuits. Just look at T-bug.
