Where to find Grapeshot Bombs in Flotsam?

Where do you find Grapeshot Bombs in Flotsam? I can't find someone that sells them and I can't find a diagram for making them :/

what if cedric doesn't have the digram? he only sells the bombs in "my game" but those seem a little expensive to me.

Just to highlight, it's a formula, not a diagram (mis-stated in my earlier post).
And unless you have some mod installed that changes who sells what, he should have it.

ahhh that clears it up! and it's not just you who wrote this, all i could find on the web was "diagram". i guess it makes sense to be a formula but who knows... a special kind of bomb.
