From what I gather (and it ain't much), Fingers mostly gives a test ride to his non-paying customers, in addition to only putting in his labor and not so much (fully) functional cyberware.

I did remember having to intimate some guys there. If they were guards at least one needed to be in his office.

I always killed him in every playthrough I had. Even Judy doesn't give a f.... about him. And if Judy doesn't care, then it must be a really bad person, so even a extra reason to kill that person.
