those 2 with bold are the reason u get constant 60, not your rig.
I get contant 60 with I5 4430 and Asus GTX 970 Strix factory set.

Whatever. Hairworks makes the game look worse and eats a lot of performance. Also, I'm not into propietary technologies. Vegetation distance, minimal impact on visual, massive performance hit. I would need a 980Ti to enable those settings and thats a lot of money for almost no visual impact. Actually, I would use DSR 4x instead of those settings if I had a 980TI.

OP would need a 980Ti or R9 Fury, but keep in mind that performance per dollar is not very good.
