Which Items from W2 will be carried over to Witcher 3 ?

Just as the title says.

In Witcher 2, if you had Ravens armour and any of the higher tier swords from W1, they would be carried over.

Now how about Witcher 3? In witcher 1 the amount you could carry was very limited but in W2 your carrying capacity was much higher

for example: I have several saves for around 6 different endings, but I plan to use my iorveth path where I saved triss as jumping point into W3

I had equipped with me: the elder blood gauntlets, boots and gloves, the vran armour, the golem trophy, the forgotten vran sword, addan deith

while in my inventory I had: Seltkirks armour, ravens armour, armour of vicovaro, ys armour, caerme, the rune sihill from w1 and the moonsword from w1, aswell as a bunch of nilfgaardian swords

So all in all quite a hefty amount, which of these things will I start out with in W3?

I think that only the Vran armor and the Elder Blood Set along with the Forgotten Vran Sword/Caerme and the Addan Deith(because it tells the story about Wild Hunt). No trophies should be exported, there are too many of them.
And i don't think that anything from the inventory should be exported either. It would cause the overload of inventory at the start of Witcher 3.

A reviewed version of Raven Armour maybe...

Honestly? I rather find an awsome and brand new stuff to discover through the whole game....

Geralt's pretty much wearing the raven armor in the trailers so far.

In the trailers, atleast the hilts of the sword are from the TW2 Dark Armours.

I don't really care for the equips since I'd much rather check out the new ones available in W3 except the Forgotten Vran Sword! It's epic, I worked my ass off to get it on Iorveth's path and I didn't even get to use it for long (since we can only get it just before the game ends). The effects are just too cool, I never got tired of frozing all the enemies and then shattering them into pieces. Nope, I'm not insane.

I actually went through the Nilfgaardian camp a few times (during the 'saving Triss' quest) so that I could try it out.
