Which quests are missable?

Still in Velen & Novigrad area and there's too much to do....some quests are grayed, some even failed

So how's the right approach?

MAIN, SIDE, WITCHER, TREASURE...

i know treasure can wait. etc.....but always problems with main and side.

Most if not all witcher contracts are skippable.
Sidequests depends, but you get a warning before a certain moment in the game.
Main.. you can't really skip them now can you?

Treasure are useless and skippable-st.

You're still relatively early in the game, you get the warning much later, before moving forward majorly with the Main Quest.
