So I just started playing Witcher 3 again because of the new next gen update. every time I look around there's a white flash that happens at the bottom of my screen, it's not my monitor and I've tried windowed mode/ borderless windowed and full screen and nothing seems to stop it from happening. I never had this issue before so was just wondering if anyone else had the same glitch and knew how to get rid of it! 
{Update: I fixed the white flashing at the bottom. All you have to do is, if you're on dx 12, close the game, switch to dx11, launch the game, wait for it to load up, close the game and go back to dx12 and load the Witcher 3 back up, if it doesn't fix itself on the first attempt just keep repeating it til it does. Mine took a good 2-3 times of switching back and forth before it was fixed and now no matter what I play on the white flash at the bottom is completely gone. If you're having the issue on dx11, just do the same process.}
