They do not exist! I searched forums, went to the location suggested, searched all over everything in and around town. Did the patch bug this quest?????

It works fine for me.Do you have all the requirements?You need:Herbalism (bronze talent under Intelligence 2)Knowledge about White Myrtle (either from Field Plants book, or learning from plying Old Women with food)

You need to buy the herbalism book off Abigail and learn ingredient harvesting through intelligence.

And did it work? They are plants right out side on the side of the road.

lots of white myrtle in the Outskirts and you can learn about them not just from Abigail, but also by bribing old women around town with food.you do need to know both about the herb and have the herbalism skill which Abigail gives you automatically if you don't already have it by the time that quest comes up
