White Orchard merchant does not restock

I have been waiting a long time (80+h into the game) for the merchant in White Orchard (the one you saved from the griffin in the beginning) to restock, because he was supposed to sell additional Gwent cards after, I think, patch 1.04. Never did restock and still carries my old junk that I sold him. Isn't he also supposed to sell the Nilfgaardian armor? Not sure about that, though.

Yep, I got mine from Crow's Perch, I just thought he might stock that too.
Anyway, no re-spawning of the merchant - do I have to clear a cache or something?

Well, i don't know exactly. I got to the merchant and he has indeed some Gwen cards to offer. Also, if i buy something and come back later, he restocks normally. !!!
