+1, I'm curious now. I thought I had it or had seen it somewhere but if I did, I didn't pick it up, like a dumba**.

Edit: I knew I saw it. The herbalist outside of Oxenfurt(whatever the name is) has the regular version AND the enhanced version. Booyah.

I was at the point where I was taking 3 damage (yes, 3) from a ghoul on Death March. Needless to say, there wasn't really a need for healing.

I am playing on Death March! difficulty, and I cannot find the Diagram available anywhere. YouTube videos show the Herbalist outside Oxenfurt, an Herbalist in the city of Novigrad, and in an underwater chest in the ruins south of Fyke Isle. None of these places are giving it up. Is there a block against owning WRD on Death March! difficulty? Where else can I get it?

EDIT: Hooray I found the Diagram during the quest "Wandering In The Dark" with Kiera Metz. Right after she points out the Elven Port, follow an underwater passage to loot on the left side. An underwater chest there held the Diagram for me.
