Who is Regina & Why is she constantly up my a** ??

I just started a new play through where I'm.. paying attention and I've never met this chick and she just calls me out of the blue CONSTANTLY with shit to go do. Is it because I'm wandering around and triggering her to call me based on my location?

She's a fixer, she gives you jobs. It's her job. She wasn't formally introduced because it wasn't really important.

She will never stop calling you, by the way. I think she has a crush.

Regina is a reporter (maybe a cop) turned fixer. She is the source of your cyberpsycho missions and a couple of "personal" missions for you. Once you complete the psycho missions she will call you to her office and give you a final goodbye and never call again.

It's one of severals fixers u can encounter in the game. When u go close to a yellow ? or ! on map, u get a call by a fixer.
If it's in the district of Watson it's Regina Jones. Each Fixer manages her/his own districts.

Fixer start side storyline quests in the game with differents impacts.

LoL she won't be the only one. Each district has its own fixer that calls only the best merc in town.. that's you.
Be prepared.

They could give Preston Garvey a run for his money tbh. Gigs aren't endless but there are a stupid lot of them that it could feel overwhelming at the start.

Regina is love, Regina is life. Most ethical fixer by far and as such, most gigs coming from her are 9/10 of the time with good intention.

She's a fixer, like Dexter. She gives you jobs (gigs). There's a fixer in every district. You can actually meet her too. You can meet all the fixers. Look for a blue hand on the map.

I don't mind Regina, but there's way too much of her at the start of the game. She completely spams you with jobs, texts and calls before you can fully understand who she is and what she wants from you. Pretty bad design decision to make her go into overdrive when you're just learning how to play the bloody game.

And then she runs out of tasks later in the game when you could actually use some extra content. Baffling!
