Who is the most powerful person/entity/being/monster in the whole Witcher world?

Hmmm... In a certain way she did save them. She did a certain thing (I don't want to spoil!) and there are some fans who like to believe that Yen and Geralt are still alive.

Agreed. However, mages were also shocked, that an almost untrained child had been able to activate and use Tor Lara. I can't remember exactly, but as far as i know only few most powerful of them were powerful enough to do that, yet nobody had ever tried.There are some other clues, like this one:

Remember that psionic in book 4 or 5 (can't remember now)? She tried to scan Ciri, and Ciri simply "pushed her away". The psionic - one of the best in Nilfgaard - was shocked. "She's a superpsionic! I'm lucky to still be alive. She could've killed me with that." But Ciri was not a psionic, at least she didn't know to be one. She simply acted instinctively.

So, we can discuss here: is Tissaia (actually most powerful) or Ciri (potentially most powerful) the one-and-only-most-powerful-being-in-Sapkowski's-world

every mage could use tor lara. they simply didn't do it because it was corrupted portal and using it could either throw them randomly over the world, kill them, tear them apart.

Ciri is not all powerful. Her heritage written in her blood ALLOWS her to accomplish certain things, but she alone is no special "sorceress". She didnt activate the Tor Lara, her Lara Dorren gene did.I'd vote for Kościej or creature of his kind. Created to be almost invincible...You had to know a formula to destroy it as I remember...but maybe not.Tissaia de Vriss was indeed powerful...non other could match her in the art I suppose.Regis. I wonder what would have happend if he wasn't drunk?But you know where all of the all-powerfull, mighties creatures/entities are, right? On the graveyards to be honest most, powerful being in the witcher world is

Well one who was real badass was Leo Bonhart, who killed several witchers and ingame is decribed as a legend
