Who revealed the Lodge existence?

At Act 3, at the prison, the Redanian embassador reveals to Geralt that Triss revealed everything about the Lodge existence and their plot to assassinate the north kings.

If you choose to save Triss later she denies any kind of comfession to her captors despite the torture she suffered.

In the end who revealed about the Lodge and why would the ambassador or Triss lie to Geralt about who revealed the Lodge existence?

Played Yoverth path.

Talk to Letho; he knows and will tell you. Also note that nobody else, especially not the Honorable Shilard Fitz-Oesterlen, is telling the truth.

In short, it was Letho who acquired all of this information, thanks to Nilfgard's excellent net of spies. Having contacted Sile, it was a piece of cake for him to do the rest.

Hmm... no, it wasn't.
Letho had no prior knowledge of the Lodge and knew only so much as Nilfgaard's spies told him. It was Yennefer who, under some form of interrogation, revealed its existence and named its members.

Yes, I didn't deny the fact that Yennefer gave them some clues, however, contacting them mustn't have been so simple.
