Seconded (well, fourthed, actually) : Vesemir. I've suggested it before a couple times, as I think his story could hold some promising possibilities. If he manages to survive The Witcher III, as I hope, I'd like to see him as a protagonist at this stage of his life. But, as I expect, if he doesn't make it through the third game, I suppose his younger adventures -- such as the storming of Kaer Morhen -- could be engaging.
