It says 31/1 to create a blue mutagen right? I have 31 lesser blues. So why in Yennefer's tits can't I create a blue mutagen? I dropped all of them, picked them up, still no dice.
no it doesnt. it says " xx / 3 " which means u need 3 (three) lesser mutagens to craft the next mutagen.. in this case the blue mutagen
do we really have to explain step by step how the workaround works i think ThePrody made it very clear but i will explain it in baby steps:
1. collect 3 lesser blue mutagens
2. craft blue mutagen
3. equip blue mutagen
4. continue playing
5. collect 3 more lesser blue mutagens
6. unequip the previously crafted BLUE MUTAGEN and DROP IT
7. use the 3 new collected LESSER BLUE MUTAGENS to craft a second BLUE MUTAGEN
8. pick up the BLUE MUTAGEN that you previously unequiped and droped
9. equip the BLUE MUTAGEN
10. continue playing
11. collect 3 more lesser blue mutagens
12. unequip the previously crafted BLUE MUTAGEN and DROP BOTH BLUE MUTAGENS which you now own
13. use the 3 new collected LESSER BLUE MUTAGENS to craft a third BLUE MUTAGEN
14. pick up BOTH BLUE MUTAGENS you just drop
15. craft a BIG BLUE MUTAGEN
srsly its not that hard to understand.. just make sure you dont have any BLUE MUTAGENS in the inventory or equiped
dropping 31 lesser mutagens to get rid of the "you already have BLUE MUTAGEN" issues is just stupid.
how do you think dropping 31 LESSER BLUE MUTAGEN will fix the problem? obviously you have to drop ALL BLUE MUTAGENS and not the lesser ones....
and yeah: the workaround works
