Why can't my PC run this game? Please help.

So here are my Computers specs.

It is an HP Pavilion h8-1214 PC

Processor(s): AMD FX-6100 Six Core Processor

10GB DDR3 system memory

1.5 terabyte harddrive

Radeon HD 7450 graphics card with 1GB DDR3 Dedicated memory, support for DirectX11

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

If any other information can be given, please let me know. I'm having a hard time figuring out what the issue is, and I really really want to give this game a chance.

The frame rate is not at all where it should be. I can seriously press "A" and before the character even moves I can release my index finger and press "D". There is a very distinct latency here. Thanks for any input you guys can give me, it's very much appreciated.

The 7450 is a very weak graphics card. This game demands a lot of processing power from the graphics card, and the 7450 has only about a quarter of the minimum spec. Because keyboard and pointer response are dependent on the frame rate, a graphics card that doesn't provide an adequate frame rate causes lag and makes it difficult to control the action.

Try running the game at 1280x720, windowed rather than full screen, and the "low" presets. That is usually the best setting for sub-minimum graphics cards.

The rest of it is a good, modern computer. But you need a better graphics card for games in general and this one in particular. Something like an AMD HD 5670 or 6670 would be a big improvement, and you would not need to upgrade the power supply for it. (Anything over the 5670/6670, you'd also need a better power supply.)

Thank you very much, man. This is extremely helpful and also sort of a letdown. But it's definitely helpful and I certainly appreciate it. I guess the only thing that threw me off was (while I already know that when a graphics card says it has 1 GB memory, that doesn't mean it's top end necessarily) it said it was 1 GB and that was part of the recommended configuration. I figured there was more to my graphics card. I just needed a second opinion being as I run other games and at the moment I am still pretty new to PC gaming. Anyways, I'll research those cards and definitely get a new one. Thanks again man!
