Why can't we seduce....

+
Because Geralt is not a gigolo ? He doesn't seduce any women in this game. (besides Yen and Triss, but that's something else ofc)

Corinne asking for it.

Because maybe you don't say the right answer in dialogue options... there's around 5 romances beside the 2 love stories.

I was really disappointed we couldn't seduce Rosa. Seems like a fun situation because she seemed to really be acting out trying to make her sheltered life more interesting. Geralt could have given her something to think about for a very long time :)

Oh!... you've missed also Cantarella then...? Bad luck... Gwent has its surprise end too.... :p
And you can go for a walk in Skellige Island, later, if you like ;)

Ignoring Yen, Triss and the 6 prostitutes, there are only 3 other potential romances:
1 for Velen - Keira Metz
1 for Novigrad - Madame Sasha
1 for Skellige - Jutta an Dimun
Considering the scale of the open world and the ridiculous number of NPCs we encounter in game, this is a small number. Especially considering the number of romances that could have been (and would have main sense) including Ves and Rosa var Attre just to name a few.

Seems you've get the wrong game... Keeping in mind Geralt is in a wild hunt for finding his daughter he has enough chances for flirting.

Didn't he sleep with Fringilla for several months while he searched for Ciri and Yennefer was tortured?

Under Fringie's spell and then he was wrongly upset with Yen
I was trying to say that even books Geralt didn't feel the urgency was big enough to not sleep with women although he knew Ciri was in danger. And urgency in books works better than urgency in games.
Urgency in games is usually a weak argument for gameplay reasons. You could also ask why Geralt has time to do all the meaningless sidequests while the only thing that should matter is to find Ciri.
You could argue that Witcher 1 Geralt needed to stop the Salamndra to use the stolen Witcher secrets, but he had the time to sleep with a lot of other women.
You could argue that Witcher 2 Geralt needed to find the Kingslayer and save Triss, but he had enough time to sleep with other women

3 possible romance options outside of the main ones is very very little in a 200 hours game and not excused because the plot. Witcher 1 Witcher 2 and books Geralt had way more and they obviously toned it down for whatever reasons.

I agree to an extent, but also disagree to an extent with this line of reasoning. If time was that pressing, he shouldn't have had time to flirt with any of the women he flirted with. Why draw the line at a couple more? It's not pressing enough to find Ciri that he can sleep with Keira, some hookers, the Skellige fighter, Triss and Yennefer, but suddenly Ciri's in mortal danger if he happens to hook up with Ves as well?

I've said "enough" . Not "no one" ;)

In books he only had dreams and nightmares, no other hint or clue. In game, he has the confirmation of witness, and proves where she can be.

That's a weak excuse considering in both, the books and game he 100% knew Ciri was in danger.
But this isn't the point as urgency in games and books works different.
Every single romance is optional. So if your Geralt wouldn't want to "waste" his time, he wouldn't and let's not pretend that sleeping with someone would cost him that much time. No more than doing Witcher contract number 20, althought he doesn't need the coin anymore or helping the pan women to check her house for no reason.
Almost nothing of the sidesstuff Geralt can do,helps him to find Ciri and yet he get's the opportunity to do it. It would be the same with more romances.
Not even mentioning that there is a time with no urgency after Geralt finds Ciri und she is in no danger.
