Why Cutthroat is Overpowered

+
Cutthroat is OP for the following reasons.

1. It belongs to the overwhelming Neutral faction. Did you realize that, except for devotion decks, every deck plays neutral cards? Every single one!

2. It is increadibly cheap. Of all Gwent cards, the average provision cost is 6.8 while Cutthroat comes at the amazing cost of only 4 provisions. That means the average Gwent card is a whopping 70% more expensive than Cutthroat. Some are as much as 275% more costly.

3. Cutthroat comes with two tags. Human means it synergizes with the likes of Cursed Knight, while Bandit allows it to synergize with Wagon. Outrageous!

4. Cutthroat causes bleeding damage, so it not only causes damage (which is 200% better than boosts), it also conveys a status. And because this is a deploy ability, there is no chance for an opponent to react before being devastated.

5. Compare Cutthroat to the similar, but relatively pathetic NR card Kerrack Cutthroat. Not only is the neutral Cutthroat deploy rather than order; it has better tempo because its bleed effect is finished in two rounds (as opposed to three rounds for the NR card). And the neutral card (unlike the NR card) doesn’t force its player to think through the intricacies of how best to use the formation ability. I realize the developers have it in for NR and only give them trash cards, but still....

6. The card art is horribly intimidating. Not only does that dagger look sharp, the figure clearly knows how to use it!

7. Because Cutthroat is rarely played, most opponents have no idea how to counter it.

For these reasons I demand an immediate nerf to this game-breaking card.

Don't worry readers, you don't have to google the card, here it is.
