IF you read the threads in here CAREFULLY you'll see none are advocating for female witchers only speculating how they'd be different if there were female witchers, why the author may have excluded the gender in the first place, and pointing out other powerful female warriors that exist in the world. The should there be a female witcher/why was there not a female witcher thread exists elsewhereAnd frankly no, after two play throughs I don't recall Triss ever saying she came to Kaer Morden to teach witchers about girls. They really are pretty grown up boys and probably know about girls? The secrets they were guarding so very carefully was the mutation process and the mutagens themselves.

"Explained"? I'd say she shouted at them and called them names until they opened up their eyes and understood the error of their ways. Which was pretty hilarious. The thing is the witchers don't really know how to raise a young girl. They trained her because they weren't sure what to do with her and reckoned that swordfighting skills might prove useful in these troubled times.By the way, if there were any female witchers around I suspect the Witcherland would be a much more violent place.

My guess would be that if there were female Witchers, there wouldn't be enough monsters, especially female vampires and similar, left to kill. In short - the Witcher guild would be without work, soon.

Heey, that explains why there aren't any incubi (male succubi) left in Witcherland.
