Why is Milva not an Elf?

Why is Milva not an Elf?

She has no creature (Elf, Dryad,...) specification at all, so in a all-Elf deck she will provide one synergy less.

I was wondering whether it's WAD or not.

My bad, I thought she was an Elf alright.

She did not grow up with the elves. Her father was a hunter and thought her archery after a moose killed her brother. She was poaching in Brokilon when the dryads caught her, and instead of killing, made her co-operate and lure people into traps. Later, by Eithne's order, she started helping Scoia'tael bands as well.
