Wild Rose Dethorned not triggering.

I cleared all 8 marked bandit camps, liberated one abandoned village, and two underground quest-related hideouts with Fallen Knights, TWICE -- once on a main game save and once on an HoS save, and the achievement still didn't pop.

I encountered this problem as well then realized that there is a second chest at the Kilkerinn Ruins bandit camp, which is just slightly south east of the Von Everec Estate signpost. There is a ladder that leads to a platform where the second chest sits on which is to the right if you stand directly on the bandit camp icon facing the pool of water.

The kilkerinn camp was the second to last dlc bandit camp I cleared and had manually saved before I cleared it so I loaded that save, found the second chest, then proceeded to clear the last dlc bandit camp and that's when the achievement popped for me.

I already found both chests, but I didn't get the achievement.

I've got it yesterday. No problems so far. I discovered all the question marks by myself and I got the achievement.

Same here. I cannot get that camp to clear. I've found several chests.. the one under the tent, the one on the platform with the ladder, the one on the scaffolds at the top of the ruins, the fallen statue at the top of the ruins. I can't get that camp to clear.
