I'm wondering how The Witcher 2 will run on my computer. I have a Dell Inspirion 570 AMD Anthlon 2 x4 630 processer (4 CPUs) 2.8 ghz. ATI Radeon HD 4200 graphics card. My dxdiag will be below.
Well, it will run, but on minimum settings. Try different settings, but you should disable ubersampling, motion blur, scatter dof, SSAO, AA, try it out.
My CPU and GPU have a performance score of 7.1. If I upgrade my graphics card I should have no problems with running the game. The Witcher 2 also has an automatic system detection for specs and it shows on mine I can run it in high, but I have to get it installed first.

Sorry but I would totally disregard WEI (Windows Experience Index) scores. The game's system detection sees that you have a quad core (good thing) but I honestly don't think you can play it smoothly (35+ constant FPS) on any settings with your current video card.
The game's graphics are technically and aesthetically impressive on any setting (of course on the higher settings, they are simply breathtaking), so what you want is to play it as smoothly as possible. Just upgrade your video if you can and you're set for an awesome experience.

The system detection gets cheated by low-performance GPUs with lots of memory It won't be anything close to playable with those graphics; a suitable graphics card (something like an AMD HD 5670), and you'll be fine.
The Inspiron 570 has adequate space and power for a low-power middle-of-the-road card like the 5670. Go for high-power high-performance cards like the often-recommended GTX 460 only if you're also willing to replace the power supply.
