Will Patch 1.08 fix the bug where you can't talk to Roche in the partisan camp in Get Junior?

If you look carefully, the patch 1.08 notes do not actually say that this particular manifestation of the Roche bug will be fixed.

Here are the three lines mentioning the Roche Bugs:

• Fixes an issue where players were unable to talk to Roche during the "An Eye for an Eye" quest.
• Fixes an issue where Roche would stay at his camp instead of going to the Oxenfurt Bridge in the "Get Junior" quest.
• Fixes an issue where players were unable to talk to Roche during the "Brothers in Arms" quest.

Now, the specific issue I am referring to is as follows; After talking to Djikstra, my next objective in the "Get Junior" quest is to talk to Vernon Roche in the Partisan Camp. When I show up to the Camp, he has his name in green text above his head and I am unable to interact with him at all. This creates an inability to finish the quest line, which as you all may know can be quite infuriating, regardless of if it's necessary to complete the game.

Can we get an answer to whether or not this issue will be fixed by proxy due to the other Roche fixes, or do we have to wait for 1.09 to finish it? Is the following line denoting it will be fixed?

• Fixes an issue where players were unable to complete the "Get Junior" quest on certain occasions.

P.S.: Any one know of a workaround for this bug? Is it possible use a console command to complete this part of the quest?

I've completed the junior quest without any problem.

Exactly my problem, Im stuck with a DM save with 40+ hours at the main quest because in an earlier point while exploring Velen/Novi I accidently bumped at Partisans camp way before any questline pointing to him, nothing happens and I move on. Many hours later I get this "Talk to Roche" and when I travel to the camp no cutscene is played and I got stuck with a green labeled stone Roche.

I have the same issue about get junior can't talk vernon roche it's a pity I was enjoying the game iv done nearly 90 hrs game play.

My sitution is same with yours.
The first time, I reach this camp, but fall down from the mountain carelessly. After loading the latest save file, I ride roach get the camp's doorway. But no soldier stop me.
I walk in the cave, and Roche has a green name. I can't talk with him.
Because it's a main mission, I can't go to the next chapter. So I continue to complete serve missions, already cost 60+ hours. But if this bug is unmendable. I don't have another time to repeat this journey…
Hope the bug will be repaired…
