Will PS4 players get full mill value with HC release to console?

I have two accounts, main is PS4 but made a PC account back when the Mahakam Ale festival was live. I'm enjoying HC but my laptop still isn't the most ideal for Gwent.

I wanted to know if full mill value was only for PC, all I heard regarding console was complementary kegs? Otherwise, I assume we're getting the same stuff as PC just with a later release date?

Automill will happen for you as well, meaning full scrap value. The kegs were mentioned as compensation for the delayed release; they're in addition to the automill and everything else that Homecoming will bring.
