Will The Witcher work on my system?

I have a Dell Inspirion E1705. It has a Intel(R) Core(TM) Duo CPU T2250 @ 1.73GHz, ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 with 128 MB, 2 GB RAM.

That video card is below the official minimum, so it will be slow. I would have to look up that particular C2D processor, but I think it is equal to the minimum (at least). What is the default screen resolution ?
