Will there be any Occult and Supernatural Elements in this Game?

Will this game similar to - Shadowrun and E.Y.E Divine Cybermancy include Occult elements combined with cybernetics?

It does not have to be generic fire balls or elemental magic, but something perhaps more unique and life like?

Maybe the supernatural or occult here can mean alien? such as advanced technology even for Cyberpunk world?

Highly unlikely. Although it's a science fiction game, aliens and hyper-tech aren't in the genre, usually - it's all about grit and Street and grim choices. The closest you'll see to magic is Netrunning or a really talented Techie doing something impossible with Jury Rig.

I think you'll find the existing tech, much of which is here - http://datafortress2020.oliwy.net/ultrachrome/Cyberware.html to be full of some pretty crazy stuff anyway.

Cybernetics that use monomolecular blades, cybernetics that act as lie detectors, fire lasers from your eyes, let you sort-of dodge bullets, cybernetics so you can run as fast as a car or bounce bullets from your hide, shoot behind you without looking, fire sonar or radar pulses and see all around you, bend light and distort vision. Nanomachines that heal you from mortally injured to healthy in a day or three, pheromones to make others like you...

And of course, there are Full Body Conversions that take your brain and spinal cord out, stick them in a robot body and let you do all the above and more.

Pretty amazing. All using SCIENCE.

Oh, and welcome to the Cyberpunk 2077 section of the forums. We trust your stay here will be pleasant, friendly and relaxed, like the rest of us. Except Redge - he's a maniac.

I really hope not. Shadowrun already exists, The Longest Journey already exists. Just give us a near-futurey near future, please and thank you.

A third party produced occult expansions for Cyberpunk 2020, but they have nothing to do with the 'canonical' background.

If there is supernatural and/or alien stuff in 2077, I for one will be greatly disappointed.

You can be an "elf" if you want. Just go visit your local BodySculpt shop.
Occult? There's undoubtedly a Satanic gang around someplace and no doubt a shop where you can buy crystals.
And who's to say, Cthulhu may well be lurking in the shadows watching it all and planning his next move.

CthulhuPunk! Great idea. We've played Delta Green, which is modern Cthulhu with special ops and cops and freelancers, but never added cyberware.Yet.

Actually I've done it.
One of my friends is a Cthulhu fanatic. Trouble was it's actually hard for an Old One to deal with cyberwear, smartguns, and AP ammo.

Night's Edge. It was published by Ianus Games, but isn't considered canon.

You want supernatural and magic, and happy elves and sissy ass unicorns, shadowrun is your thing....

This is cyberpunk, it doesn't need those crutches. No magic, No supernatural, no aliens, no super powers, no psionics....

If they fail in this, the most basic premise of what sets Cyberpunk 2020 apart from the other near future rpg's out there, then they will have failed utterly and irredeemably.

Lol. I was waiting for a Wisdom response. They won't fail. No supernatural elements in Cyberpunk. It'd be like putting high fantasy in The Witcher - they aren't going to do it.
