NOT AVX SUPPORT PROBLEM (NOT HARDWARE)(OLD PROCESSORS USERS)

Game doesn't start, crashes on launch
"woah cyberpunk 2077 has flatlined"

On windows 10 go to start - settings - system - about
If you have windows version 1607, Welcome to the club
Windows version has to be higher than 1607

My specs
windows 10 LTSB version 1607. OS build 14393.4104 (all updates installed) + 460.79 (clean installation, all overlays off, in steam and GeForce experience)
i5-4570, 16gb, 1TB samsung evo ssd 860, GTX 1070ti
Download Windows 10
(this update can't be installed)
The latest supported Visual C++ downloads (installed/repaired)

Now it's 100% clear windows 10 LTSB not supported by Cyberpunk 2077
same as other games "Horizon", "Death Stranding" "Gears Tactics" "Forza"

*** Solution / FIX 100% works***
LTBS 2016 doesn't support any windows version update over 1607 (old windows core)
Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 supports 1809

Update from LTBS to LTSC 1809 thru official windows image
Key works fine, no activation needed

just download official window iso image:
SW_DVD5_WIN_ENT_LTSC_2019_64-bit_English_MLF_X21-96425.ISO

and create bootable usb (8gb flash min) using ultra iso or WinSetupFromUSB-1-9
Run from flash - check and install updates.
Cyberpunk 2077 runs right away

Game crashes with seconds of loading on the CDPR logo screen.

I have tried all the fixes including re-downloading the entire 58gb game.

I get the exact same crash and error message.

My Problem is my Game is crashing after I resumed my fresh savegame in Streetkid 1 minute InGame and then a crash this repeats all the time. (Still in the Bar)

I think it's only related to LTSB WINDOWS 'Long-term Servicing Branch' (without windows app store)
looks like LTSB doesn't support, but I know a lot of users have it, because LTSB sometimes better then home / pro edition
LTSB only receives important windows updates (because before windows 10 had black screen issues related to windows updates problems. So LTSB supposed to be more stable version of windows BUT not supported with cyberpunk 2077 (looks like)
ps I think I got one more game with same issue "Gears Tactics" someone told also got issues with "Horizon"

So everyone ready to install deferent windows version?

LTSB получает только важные обновления windows (потому что до windows 10 были проблемы с черным экраном, связанные с проблемами обновлений windows. So LTSB supposed to be more stable version of windows BUT not supported with cyberpunk 2077 (looks like)

My Friend got WINDOWS 10 HOME Version 1909 OS build 18363.1198 = no problem
I got windows 10 LTSB version 1607. OS build 14393.4104 = doesn't run
SO Version 1607 is not officially supported

I think home edition can be easily updated, but LTSB might be not possible (I'll try to find more info about it)

Honestly, I can't install another Windows. This problem was also in "Horizon", "Death Stranding". CDPR Please make 1607 playable!

I don't want to reinstall the whole OS as well
I'll probably buy cheap 128/256 ssd and install another windows on it and set it as second drive second system (specially for cyberpunk)

I SPENT probably 10 hours to find out what's the problem
no statement yet, but it's 100% windows version has to be higher then 1607
