Windows error on launch

I'm running WinXP sp2 and I get a windows error when I launch the .exeThe same thing happened with COD4 but I just got rid of the miles folder and it worked, but not for thisAnyone have a solution?

Its a windows error that says "The Witcher has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and then other information about sending an error report to microsoft.my system specsAMD athlon xp 32001gb ram6600 gt

Hello,I am encountering a similar situation, both with and without the 1.2 patch. Please find the DXDIAG report attached. Any help is greatly appreciated!Update: I have emailed all three requested reports to you, MobidoyI was able to install and run the program successfully initially for several days, after that the main menu screen would be black upon loading. I updated the drivers for my Radeon 9800 PRO per the "update your vide drivers" page and then started receiving the windows error message.
