Witcher 1 "Minimum System Requiremens not met"

I apologize if other topics like this have already been posted, but i cant figure out how to fix this. I've succesfully installed The Witcher, and i fixed the problem with the graphics thing, and ran it as admin. But now its saying that that my computer simply cant run the game, even though im positive i can. I by far exceed the things listed under the recommended hardware/software. This computer is brand new as of this year. I found out a way to fix it, by creating a shortcut and going into properties and changing the target field, adding a think making it not enforce the system requirements, but every time i try to the target field is grayed out, and can not be changed. Can someone please help me? I really want to play this game. I have it on disk.

There is something about your shortcut that isn`t right . First delete that shortcut and then go to wherever you have the witcher installed and open the system folder , locate the witcher exe and right click and send to desktop . Then close all open windows . Right click the shortcut you just made and select properties and then the shortcut tab and in the target line to the right and outside the quotation mark type exactly (space)-dontForceMinReqs . I`ve attached a pic for reference .
Once acknowledged i`ll move this to TW 1 tech support .

Look closely at the target of your shortcut. It is launcher.exe, but it should be bin\witcher.exe.

You can't use the -dontForceMinReqs switch with launcher.exe. It has to be witcher.exe.

Good to know . 1st chance you get if you haven`t done so already is to update to the 1.5 patch and then remove the Tages drivers . After that no disc needed to play the game . Or claim your backup copy from GOG with all patches already included and no DRM at all .
