Witcher 2 choice 2 and 3

I know from doing a playthrough of The Witcher 3 with no save import/simulation, the game assumes that you:

let Aryan live
let Sile die
kill letho

but what about iorveth/roche? Or saving triss vs philippa/anais? Does a single line of dialogue between you and roche or any elves change based on which witcher 2 path you went on? What about stuff that happens to novigrad mages, or anything Triss says?

It doesn't matter. The save import is a scam in order to create a false impression that your decisions in TW2 mattered. In fact, TW3 operates as an standalone game so none of your past choices has it consequences. Iorveth doesn't appear

It's really sad that they couldn't think of some logical way to include Iorveth into this final story...he is a very interesting character.
