Witcher 2 Manual + Guide

Hello guys!
Yesterday I purchased "The Witcher 2 Enhaned Edition" via Steam.

I'd like to know, why is there no "Manual" pdf in my game directory?
And why is there no "Guide" pdf which is much like a walkthrough by the game developers themselves? :unsure:

These may be listed under Extras/Goodies on Steam, and can be downloaded separately from your account library? (At least that's how they appear on GOG.com.)
