Witcher 2 - Not supported on this type of mac?

Hi guys,

I just bought Witcher 2 on the steam sale.

When I try to play it it comes up with and unknown steam error and then a desktop error that says Witcher 2 is not supported on this type of mac.

What's going on?

I am on mac os 10.8.2
intel core i7 3.4ghz
8 gb ram
AMD Radeon HD 6970M 2048 MB

HI, I've almost the same config just got GForce 650M on my macbook pro. Wither runs. even with high setting. You might what to remove loaded files compleatly. From Application Support/Steam/Common also. And try to reload it. It should work

Thanks for the advice! It seems to have worked!

Quick way I did it was in Steam clicked witcher 2, properties, local files, browse local files and just deleted the witcher 2 icon. I then clicked verify integrity of game cash in steam and it re-downloaded the bit I'd deleted and it now seems to work!
