Witcher 2 on xbox 360 black screen problem

Okay so here is the problem.it seems there is a graphical problem in the xbox 360 version of the witcher 2,and that problem is every time I go to lvl up or check my inventory the game at randomly flickers a black screen for about 1-3 seconds.now I'm not trying to sound like a whiner but that problem get's kinda annoying after a bit.any Idea if CD project red is gonna fix this problem or is even aware of this?

Is the game installed to the hard drive or are you running off the disc ? CDP Red said that installing to the hard drive will give you better performance . They may not be aware of this problem .

Yes I do have the game installed to my hdd.I'm playing on a xbox 360 slim 250gb console.I asked a few of my friends who are also playing the game on xbox 360 and they are having the exact same issues as me.so then I decided to go and search google, and it seems allot of people are having the exact same problem.this might be something that CDPR should look into.
