Witcher 2 repurcussions question (Triss/Saskia)

So I never played much of Witcher 2 but have been asked the question in W3 if I saved Triss or Saved Saskia

However, I do know Triss was saved anyway if you saved Saskia but in the Witcher 3 If I choose this option, will Triss still be in the game/ be a love interest etc?

I dont want to say Saskia if it means I wont see Triss or be on good terms with her in W3

Any help as no info on the web regarding these choices yet it seems?

I helped Roche instead of saving Triss and she doesn't mention anything related to that in W3. Was able to romance her without any problem aswell, she still likes you a lot and mostly blames herself for using you.

In the end Iorveth's path was a torturous one for me, Triss or free Saskia? I kept choosing Triss even just to avoid what happens if you don't choose her. So, knowing that W3 doesn't care, maybe I will restart with no game import. I can't see that it makes any difference yet.
