Witcher 2 review

I've just found the most casual gamers who reviewed witcher 2. Guy on the left said the wanted a bow...he played the game and didn't know that parrying cost vigor. Just watch it and see for yourselves

Curse you, Katniss!

I'm blaming The Hunger Games for the fetishzation of bows in video games awhile back

Aside from not getting some stuff, like the bow, they're surprisingly on point.

The guy in the middle has some good points however and understood the game quite well.

I love bows in games, in fact I'm an archergirl almost always... but Geralt wielding a bow? NEVER CROSSING MY MIND!!!!

I hate reviewers that don't make their research. The guy in the middle at least knows what he's talking about. The other two didn't even finish the game...

That's why they only have 40,000 views and their show is over. I am don't even want to talk about the guy on the left or right they were complete retards. Not all Americans are stupid as those guys, for example look at Angry Joe. He knows exactly what he is talking about it when he reviewed the game.

Glad you think so but in the future let`s not try to single out any nationality as being stupid or otherwise . Lest it be interpreted as bashing or flaming a nationality which is a no-no .

Fun video. I have to say that left guy is an idiot. He wants to play with a bow? Witchers don't use bows (I haven't read all the books so correct me if I'm wrong).
The witcher isn't a generic rpg like skyrim. I mean skyrim is a great game and I've put a lot of hours into it but it doesn't provide you with a great story or characters.
In the witcher you have to think before you go into combat and always be prepared to be ambushed by nekkers or endrega. Because if you're not prepared then you are going die and you're going to die fast. Skyrim combat is easy. Just find the exploit. Oh no I just came across a draugr death overlord. How do I kill him. I know, I'll just stand in the door and kill him with arrows (perhaps this is why the left guy wants a bow
).

All of them seem to agree that the boss fights are tough and that you have to really memorize all their moves. They give the example of Kayran and Draug. When I fought them I never once thought of memorizing their moves. I mean I understand that they can be considered hard but I just prepared myself with enough potions, bombs and the occasional trap.

So yeah, fun video. I mean at least the guy in the middle knew what he was talking about.

Yeah, it's not really a good criticism to say that this game should have offered an archery tree etc; the game character has a very particular history in this case (he's a witcher), and it would not have suited the game to add such an option.

Really, though, you don't need to rely on swords in this game- the magic and alchemy trees are fan-frickin-tastic, and not any less powerful than the sword tree.

But the guy in the middle really captured what I love about this game too- that it makes you think while you're playing, that it's not simply go there and do this; I hope this aspect is preserved in TW3.

Oh, and it should be noted that they played TW2 on PC with gamepads! So, see, people do play TW games on PC with gamepads. I just hope TW3 allows gamepad gameplay despite bringing back a PC UI in the PC version.

And haha, most people dislike the Kayran QTEs *sigh* I thought they were fun :\
