Witcher 3 - Background music bug / loop?

Hi,

Since a couple of minutes in-game I noticed that the background music doesn't change, but it repeats the same music over and over again. For example, on Skellige I only hear this pretty sad background music. Also when I play Gwent and don't hear that happy song but the background music goes on.

I travelled to several regions, that works for moments, but when I restart the game it loops again. What could be the problem and how to fix it? I use mods if thats a problem, such as;

STLM
Over9000
Geralt hood

Nothing special.

I never had an issue with songs, so I'm not sure what's going on in your case.

Disabling mods might be worth a try (but if it's mod related it might not be easy to get rid of it, as mods also affect your save games). Also you can do this:

@devivre FIXED. I had this problem until I moved on and just did some quests. Very weird bug indeed.

I am facing a very strange problem regarding combat music and environment, only in Velen / Novigrad which is the following: every time I go into combat the same music plays, regardless of whether it is with common enemies or bosses and when the combat ends , the same ambient music plays, even if the region is different. What do I do?
