Witcher 3 Complete Edition - Problem

Hello,

I recently bought the game complete edition.
But whenever the game starts, PS4 ejects the disc.
And a blue screen appears saying:
"The disc is dirty or in trouble".

I tried to clean the disc.
He's flawless, without risk.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything 3x.
I let the updates install, but nothing works.

What do I do?
