They basically do the same on the Xbox dashboard as with the site, there is a whole netwerk behind it. Problem is that MS seems to have forgotten that the video should be on a timer. It is already on youtube too if you want to see it.

It's 720p but the quality of both audio and video is rather poor. If I were you, I'd wait for the official release (in fact, that's exactly what I'm doing).

I would say wait if you can, the quality is good but not great.
