Good evening, I'm posting here for the first time because I tried to search the entire Internet for solutions for this problem, but I always come out empty-handed, so here goes.
Anyway, in the recent Steam Christmas sale, I bought the Witcher 3 with all DLC's, now that I have a powerful enough PC to play it (I7 8th gen, 12 GB RAM, 1050TI). Since then, every 1/2 hour or so it just crashes. Doesn't deliver any warning beforehand, just exits out of the game into the desktop and sometimes even BSOD. And I believe it's not about performance, since my laptop, if plugged in, can run the game smoothly at 40FPS with graphics and post-processing settings on High. I searched the internet for answers, of which none as aided me in resolving this. So far, I have tried:
Crash reason: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (3221225477), Error reading location 0x(random 8 digits)
Also, as I was searching for solutions, I saw a lot of people talking about mods. I just want to clarify that I am nor was using any mod during my play time. It was just Witcher 3, fresh out of Steam.

- Running the game as admin;
- Checking game integrity on Steam;
- Changing the entire Steam folder with permissions to “everyone”;
- Changing my Steam installation to outside program files, on its own separate folder in my SSD;
- Adding both Steam and the Witcher to antivirus's exclusion list;
- Clean reinstallation for my GPUs drivers using DDU;
- Registry cleanup using CCleaner;
- Literal restoration of SSD, on which I only had Windows, Chrome, Steam and the game installed (it still was able to generate 4 crash reports in less than an hour);
- Contacting CDPR (not only the crash report in their support site is down, I also have sent an e-mail to support and haven't got a single response yet, it's been 2-3 weeks);
