The reason his memory is restoring so fast is because he entered the mist (Sabrina's curse) and removed it.
Which basically returned some of his memories. However the only memory Geralt was receiving through the TW2 was the part when he died in Rivia to the part where he exchanged himself for Yennefer and later escaping from The Wild Hunt specters and receiving amnesia.

Nothing was revealed before that. So his full memory will return either in the beginning or when he will see Yennefer and Ciri.

I'm asking because the devs said in the interviews that his amnesia is healed so his memory can't return only at the end of the game. This is why i sugested for someone to post the question on igromania, because it is unclear what part of his memory has returned: all/ how he died/ training and such/ which is it?

He definitely remembers how he died and what happened later. I believe he also regained memory of what happened before. As for training - well, he obviously remembered parts of it from the beginning in TW1, makes sense, since it's a different type of memory.

I think he has recovered ALL of his memories, but the only part he didn't remember was whether or not he found Yen, so the very last bit before he dies for the second time. The last bit was restored during the conversation with Letho.

We don't know exactly if Geralt will recover his memory at the very beginning, over time or at some point in the game. I don't think he will have his memory back right at the beginning of the game.

Actually they already said he has his whole memory back at the beginning of TW3.

First 6 seconds.

I believe in that one podcast Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz also said it.

they say he has his memory back.... so i guess that means all of it. But we still need an explanation for what happened in the past/ why he lost his memory/ how he got it all back and so on.

Yeah, CDPR has to explain a lot, if his memories are completely back.

The common explanation in the books why people have amnesia or even paranoia, was just the contact with the Wild Hunt.

I just thought of this: Will Geralt have to kill the Wild Hunt's- "Ryder wraiths" (forget the name) as mini-bosses to get to the Wild Hunt?

But it doesn't say when he get's his memory back, that could mean he could get it early in the game but not right in the beginning.

On Iorveth's path, in Vergen, when you ask Cynthia about wild hunt, she says that there isn't any specific information about hunt because all victims have amnesia or other mental illnes. I don't exactly remember cause but she said something similar to a magnetic field caused by the hunt's wraiths is reason for that mental illnesses but also said that if you enter this magnetic field second time, there is a chance to restore the mental illness whic caused by the hunt. And after that geralt says he has begun to regain his memory after killing a certain wraith: King of the wild hunt' wraith.

I'm not expecting anything till next Friday, a week from the Q&A session.

I suppose you could always email Igromania and ask politely...

To the mods: It's just a joke. It's completely not a serious and this question was just perfect to use this meme.
