Witcher 3 FPS Drops That Lasts For Minutes

When I playing Witcher 3, my FPS downs below 5 for no reason and it lasts like 2-3 minutes, and then it changes to normal. It happens every 10 minutes. I don't know why this is happening. I tried many things to fix that but I couldn't find the solution. My problem still goes on and it really annoys me. I always wait for 2-3 minutes to FPS goes normal. But as I said, it happens every 10 minutes. I really want to find a solution to it. Any ideas?

What are your specs? GPU, CPU, RAM?
Also you could check your task manager to see if something else is running in the background.

GPU - GeForce MX330, CPU - i5-1035G1 and RAM - 8GB.
I normally get 30+ FPS, not very high but enough for me. But as I said, FPS randomly drops below 5 and it lasts 2-3 minutes.
