Some other minor things I've noticed. They're small, but I really like these touches.
In the new footage Geralt's hands are balled into fists when he's jogging while unarmed. In the 35 and 12 min videos they remain opened.
In the new footage when he's running to the wolves with his sword drawn he's holding it steadily by his side. During most of the 35 min video he's sprinting at his enemies so it was hard to say, but there's an occasion after Downwarren when he's fighting the water hags, that he jogs, not sprints, with his weapon drawn, and his sword arm just swings regularly in the air. After seeing the improved animation in the new video, watching that again in the old one is suddenly all the more emphasized, to me.
Lastly, in the new video when he casts Igni at the deserter, one of the plants catches fire and you see it darkened and shimmering with the embers. I didn't spot anything similar in the old footage. At first I thought it was because Geralt was fighting in a swamp throughout most of the 35 min, but the grass doesn't catch fire when he casts Igni against the werewolf, and it doesn't happen against the ekhidnas in the 12 min, either. It could be that it's because it's a big plant, and grass doesn't have this effect, who knows. It's hard at this point to determine whether you're imagining things, or if the conditions are simply different. Either way, it's something I haven't seen before.
Again, nothing game changing, but I really like these small touches.
