Witcher 3 Leak
So apparently there's been a major leak with regards to the Witcher 3 as reported by several sites, there's also been a reply from CDPR: Files contain major story spoilers and should not be seen.

Hogwash ultimately. I checked them and they don't really contain all that much info that could really be considered a huge spoiler besides one file about endings: There's character lists but they seem incomplete, or there's very few characters for such a huge game, there's a few assets, a walkthrough for some minors quests and other stuff.
Finally the major ending states for the world are mentioning. There's a discussion NeoGaf.
Anyway just something I wanted to talk about: Imports, returning characters, characters that could die but are in TW3 as well and new characters. ( NOTE: There's some characters mentioned in one file but missing in every other ).
Finally there's the endings. Nothing really surprising if CDPR was going to deliver on their promises of keeping political choices in the game, though I feared they would take the piss on us, turns out not so much. These are the only major spoilers here.

Returning Characters
Besides the ones we know from trailers there's Zoltan, Radovid, Phillipa, Ves, Iorveth and Roche.
Imported Characters
Letho, Sile, potentially, and I stress this out, Thaler are there but no one else. Shame on you CDPR not having Siegfried, Henselt, Saskia, Stennis, Cynthia. at least not for certain.
New Characters: Emhyr, Voorhis ( general of Nilfgaard who replaced Emhyr, it's on the wiki ), Dijkstra, every member of the lodge that was not in TW2 but condemned at the conclave
There's a document mentioning Henselt, Yaevin, Toruviel, Regis, Cynthia etc, but it's about character concepts and there's also a mark next to their name showing which game they were and are going to be in. Regis has no mark, Henselt has W2, Cynthia, W2, Toruvile W1.

Endings: North can win or lose, might be to various degrees depending on what you choose.
Emhyr can go mad if he losses ( it says Emhyr got Mad ) in which case Voorhis replaces him, or he can step down in favor of Ciri in which case she marries and secures the throne or Emhyr can retain it for himself.
Novigrad might survive the war or it might not, depends on Radovid's fate: If he lives the city certainly survives, if he dies the city can survive or it can destroyed. There's a W4 mention as well.
In Skellige you can choose between Cerys or Hjalmar to rule the islands.
Geralt can end up with Yennefer or Triss or be alone ( THANK GOD FOR THIS OPTION ).
