Witcher 3 Minimizing to Desktop

Hey guys.
I am playing Witcher 3 and apparently every 20 minutes or so the game will minimize to the desktop. Wanted to know if there is a fix for this. I use a 5K monitor with 240FPS on with AMD FreeSync on. I am playing on Fullscreen with 5K resolution. My monitor is a Samsung Odyssey G9. Playing the game using DX12.
Specs:
My processor is an AMD Ryzen 9 5950x
Graphics card is an AMD Radeon 6950xt
RAM is 32GB

I am having the same issue. Happens on Cyberpunk as well.

I found out why it was happening to me. A Razer synapse sync to cloud error popup was causing this. If you have Razer devices, make sure that popup window does appear in the software. It does not actually show up on the desktop, so you have to click on Synapse.
