Well, those are not the official names for some of those tracks, they were named by the person that took them from TWAG and uploaded them. But yes, not all tracks that are in the game are included in the OST, it seems. But some of these are in it. Sargon is called Silver for Monsters, Kaer Morhen Valley is called The Vagabond and Alone in the Marshlands is called The Hunter's Path.

Sword of Destiny uses 2 tracks from the OST and is a special remix only for the trailer that goes by the same name.

I didn't listen to everything not to spoil myself, but from what I have listened it's amazeballs... Definitely amazeballs... I bet others who heard all of it will definitely agree
I listened to "Geralt of Rivia" only once to keep it awesome and fresh in the game... Damn does it make you hyped for the game... Such intense feeling...

Holy shit, the Nostalgia!! I love how this track is basically a re-composition of "Believe" from Witcher 1.

Soundtrack is amazingly good. Quality practically drips from it. I felt like I was watching a really high budget epic movie It's gonna be big, folks... (Just if you could help me contain my hype, that would be great )

Edit: I mean, I can practically feel the sadness in some songs. I can even imagine the scene. And feel afraid in others. Or feel the epicness, like there is an unforgettable battle... I'm sorry, I'm just loving it too much right now. That's what I call quality in music, if it can make me feel these things.

If kind folks from CDPR could help me, I'm a bit confused about the composer data in the tags, is it accurate? I'm asking because if I remember correctly the preorder EP (those four tracks) had a text file included:
