Actually not confirmed. I forgot to write that this is my opinion. Sorry. But i think if this is not Korath then this can only be the Mars. But we know that this is not Mars. Again, this is my opinion.

Why can it only be Mars? Also, there are some huge "Moons" or "Planets" there. Mars doesn't have a celestial body that close to it. Also, there is the huge probability of planets/universes; it's a fantasy world, why limit yourself with the only desert planet we - as humanity - know? My guess would be a whole other unknown system and planet, or a different universe by itself. Ciri or the Wild Hunt might be the culprit.

I just don't get it... yeah, I know that Ciri can travel, well everywhere.. but I read all the books, and people can only think about Mars?

They actually will not invade. They are still here. But nobody know it. In 2077 bioware will open their door and they will attack to CDProject office. And Geralt will protect office. And nuke war will began just how it in background in this picture. Look sky and you will see.
