Though I have to say I'm not happy with the quest. Why was Geralt forced to kill the werewolf at the end? As far as I could see it there was no possibility to not kill him. That's dissapointing Same goes for not showing how the werewolf kills the woman.
According to the comments section they recorded 6 hours of gameplay. It's especially interesting, because a CDP questdesigner is one of the two people speaking. Hopefully there will be a new video every day, to make the last two weeks more bearable
I only played a bit of Asylum a while back, so I don't know how those games do it, but we were lead to believe/assumed that the witcher senses would only be there to help and they would be at least mostly optional. obviously you can't follow a scent without it, but visible clues shouldn't require you to activate it.
I'm kinda afraid that's right. But hopefully this is either a changeable option or some mods gonna change this fast. I mean from a coding perspective this is only a slightly change. Somebody who it quite a good programmer would only have to change some minor things ...
I've read some guy's video (he is a youtuber, saw all three versions at CDPR), where he states that Xbox One looks much worse than PS4 not only in terms of resolution but LOD (level of detail in distance). He said that textures pop-up just like 4-5 meters away, and still look bad.With the devs having said that PS4 has 40 seconds loading (fast-travel and save load only) i'm afraid to even think about the situation on Xbox One
That would seriously suck in all kinds of ways, but i highly doubt this. If this is true, it would make CDPR look like fools and liars, cause they promised, even recently that the console version looks great. And that except for resolution, there's no differences. What you describe here sounds huge and in a bad way. My guess is the guy was trolling, simply to mess with Xbox players.

"Great" is...really subjective. But honestly, (no offense, I don't want to start a console war), but XONE hardware sucks.
If the difference with the PS4 version is like that, there's really nothing to complain about. Unless you enjoy to play at 5 fps.

I said this before, on paper PS4 is much more powerful, but i have yet to see a multiplatform game where the difference is night and day. So far the differences have been barely noticeable, mostly 900p vs 1080p differences and even then you need a full hd tv and bigger than 50 inch to notice. So if we're going say one's hardware sucks, the other does too, cause the differences really aren't all that big. Therefore i find it hard to believe that the X1 version would be this sucky.
And again, it would be a pretty bad look for the CDPR dev to say all that and when the X1 version releases..it looks way worse. But...we'll see.

All the Hype i had was transformed into laughter i literally laugh the whole entire video

You know I've actually refused to watch more than a minute or two at Angry Joe and others' vids just because they weren't serious with what they were doing.
That Nerd player video however...I sat through the entire 25 minutes...laughing. What the hell just happened? Not only did I try to discern what language they spoke, unsuccessfully I might add, but as soon as they started laughing, along with all the cheap quips and references being cut in, I just couldn't keep a straight face. That bathtub scene, or Donald Duck reference for instance. :rofl:Now I sit here wondering what they were smoking and why on earth I couldn't keep a straight face. I just hope they haven't ruined the game for me.
The entire video will...will be made into a drinking game at my next party.

Exactly what happened to me minus not knowing the language (my native language is portuguese im brazilian) i like more serious videos talking about all the features but this guy was just born funny i think. The way he talks and his comments was like WTF!!!
