Nothing else was said. First they promised console footage of both versions, so that people could decide which version to go for, they then specifically mentioned PS4 footage for this week and all questions regarding Xbox One were not answered. But whatever the reason, i don't think we should be worried anymore. I PM'ed one of the developers and asked for another confirmation if the only true diffference is resolution, and he confirmed it. Level of detail, texturing, it's all the same as PS4, except resolution. Now let's say the game arrives at Eurogamer's Digital Foundry and much more beside resolution differences are found, that would be a bad look on CDPR and make them look like liars and nobody wants that. It should be fine. That said, just like you i really want to see Xbox footage now, I honestly expected Xbox footage to release first.

I think you answered your own question. In very swallow water there arent any ripples. In more substantial pools there are ripples, which you see later in the same video.

Yeah it fucking sucks for sure. I see all these PS4 owners going all ' omfg it looks greaaaaaat'' and here we are, nothing and still not a damn word either. Even if MS didn't have the rights to show X1 footage first after all, there is NO reason for these MS sources to not make some footage. Apparently these Sony sources recorded the footage themselves, so why can't some MS sources do the same thing? I'm starting to sound like a broken record here...but meh...fuck this.

Well, you had first console gameplay from E3, and untill today PS4 was left alone Fingers crossed X1 version is allright.

hmh, think i spent about 2 months on skyrim too, at least during my first playtrough. But now i would assume the witcher 3 could take much longer because i have to save and reload a lot (just to see how different decisions work out in sidequests.). As a "normal player" i think i will spend around 2-3hours a day playing the witcher 3 with some days i will not be able to play at all (damn you social life!). So 2 months would be very nice!
