What the fuck are these retailers doing? I cant believe people are getting the game so early and happily playing because retailers broke a street date that is in place for their benefit. Thats the only reason the game is not out right now, so the clowns that own retail can collect all their copies.

They are apparently gained, when you post in a thread placed in a technical section, and due to your post the thread is closed with an adnotation that it's "solved".
In other words, when you fix someone's technical issue with the game.

Probably will fully come into action once the game launches.
