No unboxing pictures yet AFAIK. Also both CE's which appeared on Reddit today were from Norway.

I highly recommend not looking at the achivements btw. It could spoil things for you.
But if you really want, you can view the acheivements in the galaxy client when you already have it in your library.

There was a German PC Magazine that stated they were reviewing the PS4 version, but expected to see PC version for PC specific concerns at a later point.

Doubt it. Reviewers probably got PS4 over XBONE because it was a better technical "experience." And CDPR probably doesn't want a working PC copy of TW3 in the wild yet to prevent any possible leak.
